The Veil Between

There is a transcendental veil all around us, and we occasionally get glimpses of this. Unfortunately, most of our society is superficial. Consumerism is like a modern religion. Money is God, and we seek enlightenment in material possessions. We’re so focused on the physical, that we forget about the intangibles. The things that we cannot see but are equally as real as the visible. There’s a metaphysical layer that connect us all. It’s my job as the artist to be the messenger of the great oneness and remind us that we are a part of something bigger than ourselves. The veil is the metaphor;

          The veil between the seen and the unseen

          The veil between the physical and spiritual

          The veil between the conscious and subconscious

 

          Under the veil of darkness is light

          Under the veil of deceit is truth

          Under the veil of fear is love

 

          Behind the veil of life itself is love

          Where we all will return
